I always love talking to people about Chuck's Fish on my flights. When I was on my trip to and fro New York last August, I successfully gathered two new patrons for the restaurant in Mobile! Here's how i reeled them in...

You can't go wrong with the Chuck's Salad. You don't want to miss out on the best house dressing you've ever tasted. I think everyone's addicted to this salad. I mean just look at it. Customers have asked me time and time again where to buy it and how to make it. With all of its little additions there's something new in every bite. It's just something you have to get everytime you come in. Start off with this and the rest is easy.

Our Tuna Poke Nachos have been such a hit these past couple months as a new appetizer on the menu.

Crisp chips either make or break a nacho bowl and I think we fired these just right... Fresh avocados and a sweet soy glaze bring this delicious app together exactly how it should be. Topped with jalapeños and green onions for extra flavor. There has been a lot of competition over Tuna Poke Nachos this past year and I wouldn't be posting about Chuck's Fish's if they weren't the absolute best. Ask my friend Andrew from my Fairhope who came all the way over to try them. If you see me on your next flight, just know I have spicy secrets to share.
